Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions and add-on purchases made on PingDaily, operated by EPAGESTORE TECHNO-LAB PVT. LTD.

1. Free Trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with a one-time allowance of reminder credits. The trial is offered at no charge — there is nothing to refund. You may delete your account at any time during or after the trial.

2. Paid Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from inside the app under Settings → Subscription. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made.
  • 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are charged for the first time on any paid plan and are not satisfied, write to us at billing@pingdaily.app within 7 days of the charge. We will refund the subscription fee (excluding consumed add-on credits, if any).
  • After the 7-day window or for renewals, paid plans are non-refundable, but cancellation stops future renewals.

3. Add-on Credit Packs

Add-on credit packs are one-time top-ups that add reminder credits to your current billing month. They are available only to subscribers on a paid plan (Starter or Pro).

  • Add-on credits are non-refundable once any portion has been consumed (i.e. one or more reminders has been sent against the top-up).
  • If no credits have been consumed from a pack, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Add-on credits expire at the end of your current billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month.

4. Service Failure Refunds

If reminders fail to deliver due to a confirmed fault on our side (not due to invalid recipient numbers, recipient opt-outs, Meta policy violations, or recipient unavailability), we will credit your account with equivalent reminder credits. Cash refunds for service failures are at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@pingdaily.app from your registered email or phone number, with:

  • Your registered phone number
  • Order / transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we are happy to help.
