What's the difference between the free trial and Pro?+
Both use your own WhatsApp Business number, so customers see your name and number on every reminder. The 7-day trial lets you test the full core workflow; Pro (Rs. 9,999/year) keeps it running for a year. Paid Marketplace add-ons require active Pro and are priced separately.
Is there a contract or lock-in?+
Pro is billed yearly. You can cancel renewal anytime, and access continues until the paid year ends. Your data is retained if you do not renew.
Do you charge per message?+
PingDaily does not sell reminder credits. BYO Pro includes unlimited reminders for normal business use; Meta bills WhatsApp message charges directly to your business account.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API account?+
Yes — PingDaily sends from your own number via Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. You connect it in a few clicks with Meta's Embedded Signup (you need a Facebook account, a Meta Business portfolio — created in the popup if needed — and a card on Meta for message charges). Is GST invoicing available?+
Yes. Every payment generates a GST invoice automatically. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (cards, UPI and netbanking).
