Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to legally bind the business on whose behalf you create an account.

We use phone-number + WhatsApp OTP for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device receiving OTPs and for all activity under your account.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited promotional messages (spam) in violation of WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.
• Send messages to recipients who have not opted in or have requested to stop.
• Send content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, hateful, or that infringes third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Resell the Service without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules and report violations to Meta where required by their policies.

Messages sent through the Service are subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policies. You are solely responsible for the content of your reminders, for having your customers' consent to be contacted on WhatsApp, and for honouring opt-out requests immediately.

• New accounts include a 14-day free trial at no charge, subject to a one-time reminder allowance.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Add-on credit packs are one-time top-ups available to paid subscribers; they add credits to the current billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers continue at their current price for the remainder of their current billing cycle.

See our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app; access continues until the end of the paid period.

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Reminder delivery additionally depends on Meta's WhatsApp infrastructure and the recipient's connectivity.

The Service, including all software, branding and content (excluding your data), is owned by the Company. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any third-party claim arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) content of messages sent through the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
