Fee lists, appointments and renewal dates often already live in a spreadsheet. PingDaily can use those rows as the source for WhatsApp messages. Map the phone number and template fields once, then review each row's result from the connected sheet screen.

Connected sheets or file uploads

Connect Google Sheets or Excel Online for ongoing synchronization, or upload a CSV/XLSX snapshot for a one-off workflow.

Column mapping and scheduling

Choose the phone column, map template variables and optionally use a send-time column. Check the selected timezone before activating scheduled rows.

Results alongside your rows

Review pending, sent, failed and skipped rows in PingDaily. For supported connected sheets, map a status column to write results back to the source.

Is Spreadsheet Automation available to every account?

Access is currently by request. Contact PingDaily before planning a rollout so the team can confirm availability for your workspace.

Will changes to an uploaded file sync automatically?

No. CSV/XLSX uploads are snapshots. Connected Google Sheets and Excel Online workbooks can be checked periodically for changes; uploaded files must be refreshed by upload.

Are messages sent the instant I edit a sheet?

Connected sheets are checked on a schedule. Sending also depends on the row's scheduled time, connection state, template approval and recipient eligibility.
